Full Conference Registration includes:

All plenary sessions, concurrent workshops, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), trade show, networking opportunities, social events, and Wednesday night dinner & entertainment.

One-Day Conference Registration (either October 21 or 22) includes:

All plenary sessions, concurrent workshops, breakfast, lunch, trade show, networking opportunities, and social events.
Does not include Wednesday night dinner and entertainment, but tickets for this event may be purchased separately.

Substitutions and Cancellations:

If you’ve registered for a One-Day pass, you can change your date selection up until October 1, 2026, at no extra charge (subject to availability). After October 1, 2026 a $75 processing fee will apply.

Photo and Video Use - Permission Policy

We use photos and videos from the conference in our marketing, publications and presentations. By attending the conference, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and grant OCSA permission to use these images.
