Cancellation Policy:

If you register and are unable to attend, you are welcome to substitute someone else from your organization at any time. OCSA will refund fees, less a $75 administration charge, if we receive your cancellation in writing up to ten (10) business days prior to the date of the workshop. Cancellations received after that time are non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled by OCSA, the full workshop fee will be refunded.
