The Keys to Unlocking Difficult Conversations
Live Virtual Workshop Series for Supervisors, Managers and Leaders

This six-hour virtual workshop series focuses on mastering difficult conversations. During three sessions, participants will learn to emphasize the critical role of conversations in communication and explore the impact of what, when, how, and why we communicate. The workshop addresses the challenges of high-stakes, emotional, and conflicting discussions with co-workers, clients, friends, or family. Participants will learn to navigate and execute difficult conversations successfully by understanding their constructs, traps, and pitfalls. Practical tips, tools, and a four-step technique will be provided, with opportunities for interactive practice and personalized feedback. The goal is to empower individuals to approach, plan, and execute challenging conversations with confidence and collaboration.
