Live Virtual Workshop Series for Supervisors, Managers and Leaders

PRE-REQUISITE:  Completion of the six-hour “Keys to Unlocking Difficult Conversations” workshop series delivered by LeaderShift in March 2024

During “Unlocking the Keys to Difficult Conversations” workshop series, we examined what makes conversations difficult, why they occur and how to manage them. Now, in this advanced workshop, we will pick up where we let off and discover:

  • how best to prepare for a difficult conversation,

  • additional tools that can be used to move the conversation to positive results, and,

  • a multi-faceted questioning technique that zeroes in on the core areas of influence where the causes of the conflict and impasse may potentially lie


You will also learn a robust and comprehensive step-based process that ties everything together from start to finish and, if followed, will lead to a positive conclusion and relationship.
