The Keys to Unlocking and Resolving Difficult Conversations

Five-Part Certificate Course
Live Virtual Certificate Course: Five Sessions, Each Two-Hours Long

Conversations shape outcomes in workplaces and relationships. When conversations go well, progress is made. When they do not, tension can increase, misunderstandings can deepen, and working relationships can become strained.

By the end of the series, participants will be able to approach difficult conversations with greater clarity and structure—understanding what is happening in the moment, managing their own responses, and engaging in ways that support more constructive dialogue.
