  Problem-solving is a key part of a PSW’s day-to-day work — whether they’re managing unexpected client needs, navigating unclear instructions, or adapting to changing situations. In this one-hour session, participants will learn five practical ways to improve their problem-solving skills, including how to identify the real issue, explore root causes, think creatively, and choose the best solution.
