  Stepping into a leadership role for the first time can feel overwhelming. How do you motivate a team when you're still finding your footing? What's the right balance between being approachable and maintaining authority? How do you handle difficult conversations with former peers? This course is designed specifically for emerging and aspiring leaders in community-based health and social services who are navigating these challenges.

  One-Day Conference Registration (either October 22 or 23) includes:

  • All plenary sessions, concurrent workshops, breakfast, lunch, trade show, networking opportunities, and social events.
  • Does not include Wednesday night dinner and entertainment, but tickets for this event may be purchased separately.

  Substitutions and Cancellations:

  • If you’ve registered for a One-Day pass, you can change your date selection up until October 1, 2025, at no extra charge (subject to availability). After October 2, 2025, a $75 processing fee will apply.
